As per Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC), the IBC proceedings can be initiated by the following person, against the corporate debtors if such corporate debtors has committed a default;
- a) Financial Creditors
- b) Operational Creditors
- c) Corporate debtor (itself)
